Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy describes acceptable and prohibited use of the SendWise platform. It supplements the Terms of Service and the Anti-Spam Policy.

1. Acceptable behaviour

  • Only send to recipients who have consented or where sending is lawful.
  • Respect per-sender daily caps and package limits.
  • Monitor bounces and complaints; act on signals promptly.
  • Keep sender credentials, tokens, and account access secure.

2. Prohibited use

  • Sending to purchased, harvested, or otherwise non-consenting lists.
  • Content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Malware, phishing, or otherwise fraudulent messaging.
  • Attempts to bypass package limits, per-sender caps, or platform controls.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access to the platform.

3. Sender-account responsibility

You are responsible for compliance with the terms of each sender provider you connect (Gmail, Microsoft, or your SMTP host).

4. Enforcement

SendWise may investigate, pause, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this Policy. Serious violations may be reported to sender providers or authorities where required.

5. Reporting abuse

To report abuse, contact us via the Contact page with sufficient detail to investigate.
