1. Consent
You may only send to recipients who have given permission or where sending is otherwise lawful in the relevant jurisdiction.
2. Prohibited lists
Purchased, rented, scraped, or otherwise non-consented lists are strictly prohibited on SendWise.
3. Unsubscribe
Every commercial message must include a clear unsubscribe mechanism where required by law or by the sender provider's policy. Unsubscribe requests must be honoured promptly.
4. Sender identification
Sender name, from address, and physical address (where applicable) must be accurate and not misleading.
5. Bounce and complaint handling
You are expected to monitor and act on bounces and complaints. SendWise may pause or suspend sending for accounts with elevated complaint or bounce rates.
6. Per-sender caps
Package-level per-sender daily caps exist to protect deliverability. Attempts to bypass caps may result in suspension.
7. Enforcement
Violations of this Policy may result in warnings, throttling, suspension, or termination. Serious or repeated abuse may be reported to sender providers.
