1. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for the sender accounts you connect.
2. Authorized sender accounts
You may only connect sender accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to use. You are responsible for compliance with the terms of each sender provider.
3. Lawful, consent-based recipient lists
You may only send email to recipients who have consented to receive it or where sending is otherwise lawful. Purchased or harvested lists are prohibited.
4. Unsubscribe obligations
You must honour unsubscribe requests promptly and provide a clear unsubscribe mechanism where required by law or sender-provider policy.
5. Complaint and bounce handling
You must monitor and act on complaint and bounce signals. SendWise may pause or suspend sending for accounts with elevated complaint or bounce rates.
6. Service limits
Package limits — active contacts, monthly emails, sender accounts, per-sender daily caps, and team seats — are published on the Pricing page and enforced by the platform.
7. Suspension for abuse
SendWise may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Anti-Spam Policy, or applicable law.
8. Billing and cancellation
Paid packages are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your account continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
9. Data
You retain rights to your contacts, campaign content, sender credentials, and analytics data. SendWise processes this data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Third-party sender providers
Sending is performed via the third-party sender providers you connect. Their terms and any applicable service limits apply.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Contact
Contact us via the Contact page for questions about these Terms.
